  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

• Oversee fabrication processes, including welding, machining, and assembly, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing issues to improve production efficiency and product quality. • Develop and implement process improvements, including new fabrication techniques, tooling, and automation. • Read, interpret and understand the technical drawing, blueprints and CAD designs to fabricate metal parts • Work closely with Mechanical engineers, Production engineers and Designers to understand the fabrication requirements and specifications • Select appropriate materials based on specification and prepare the raw materials by cleaning, measuring and marking them for fabrication processes • Diagnose the condition of raw materials such as crooked, wavy, rust and other mechanical defect before commencing the fabrication process • Operate advanced equipment/machines (CNC Oxy, CNC Plasma, CNC Milling) according to blueprints or CAD design to fabricate metal parts from raw materials • Operates other machines such as Bend Saw, Lathe, Drilling, Manual Oxy Cutting and Hydraulic Press Machine to fabricate metal parts from raw materials • Operates power tools such as Hand Grinding, Portable Drilling Machines and others in a safe and suitable conditions • Perform precision fabrication processes accordingly to meet the technical drawing specifications and tolerances • Diagnose any issues during fabrication processes such as misaligned cuts, warping, distorted materials and others to prevent unwanted waste of materials and machine damage • Inspect the condition of fabricated metal parts to meet the technical drawing specifications and tolerances as well as any defect resulted from the fabrication processes • Perform rework on defect parts when necessary • Proficient in using measuring tools such as measuring tape, digital/gauge caliper and others for dimensional inspection • Perform routine maintenance on machines, equipment and any fabrication tools to ensure they are in good and safe working condition • Complete the task given accordingly in a safe practice and high efficiency. Required Skills: The required skills for the position FABRICATION TECHNICAL SPECIALIST are as follow: • Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in fabrication. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification. • Must have knowledge in GD&T.
