  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a CNC MASTERCAM MACHINIST EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. • Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, write CNC programs in MasterCAM to produce accurate and high-quality parts. • Organizes, daily, the CNC Protected programming files for proper retrieval and retention. • Perform basic and complex set ups of machines by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and conditional switches. • Plans machining requirements by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, and machining parameters. • Analyze and interpret technical data (engineering drawings, specifications, 2D prints, and 3D models etc.) and create CNC programs, tools, and other necessary processes to produce a high-quality product. • Determine the fixtures, attachments and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications, and mount them to machine prior to beginning cutting • Interprets geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). • Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts • Perform test runs and make adjustments until the resulting product meets blueprint specifications. • Check parts for conformity to specified dimensions and tolerances. Recognize improper machine functioning or cutting tool action and take corrective action. • Documents and establishes standards and modifies, adjusts, and corrects existing standards to incorporate engineering changes. • Perform maintenance on the machines and replace dull or aged parts as necessary. • Work with engineers, supervisors, and other shop personnel to resolve machining and quality issues. Requirement & Skills: • Minimum 5 years and above experience in master cam and CNC machine. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
