Reservations & Bookings: Manage hotel reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Provide information about room availability, pricing, and promotions. 3. Guest Assistance & Problem-Solving: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue invoices. 5.Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and health regulations. Report any security concerns or maintenance issues promptly Requirements: Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
