Quality Supervisor Ulu Tiram, Johor. Salary: RM 4000-5500 Working hours: Normal hours and depending on production requirement. Qualifications 1. Minimum degree with more than three years of quality management experience 2. Proficient in office software, familiar with production processes, quality standards and ISO operating procedures 3. Possesses strong analytical and communication skills with high sense of responsibility and professionalism 4. Must be proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Job Description 1. To formulate product quality inspection standards, summarize actual problems encountered in production and propose solutions 2. To ensure customers’ need are met to high standard by determining key quality control points in the production process, formulating product process control standards, and ensuring the traceability of product quality 3. To prepare product process control standards, organize and supervise the entire production process according to the company's technical standards and operating documents 4. To regularly feedback product information to superiors, statistical processes, summarize product quality issues and promote relevant departments to solve them in a timely manner 5. To response and resolve customers’ complaints, quality abnormalities or defects in products, etc., and be able to organize and coordinate relevant departments to analyze causes, formulate 8D improvement plans and supervise their implementation, 6. Be responsible for leading and accompanying work of customer factory inspections and to ensure all aspects are compliant to standards. 7. Be responsible for the purchase, sorting, maintenance of the testing instruments as required by the department
