ASST. PRODUCTION MANAGER

a) To plan,control,managed and lead production team to achieve production target and operation rate. b) Responsible for the smooth running of operation performance through further development of productivity, safety, 5S, housekeeping and discipline. c) Responsible for improving existing SOP and enforce implementation of SOP and Work Instruction. d) Responsible in organize, controlling and carry out plant preventive maintenance activities to ensure the machines and equipment are working in good condition and at highest efficiency. e) To achieve of budget yields & outputs in line with production plan & budget commitment. f) To attend and guide the auditor or visitor during factory visit. g) Responsible for the implementation of company environmental policy, objective and safety rules. h) Review and monitor production results and develop plans to achieve factory operational goals. i) Provide positive leadership, supervise, train ,control and motivate all subordinate in all aspects that affecting work performance. j) Implement new idea to improve the factory facility from time to time.
