Qualifications 1. Minimum degree holder with more than five years of relevant administrative and human resource management experience. 2. Proficient in using office software, possesses good communication skills, and have the ability to handle and resolve emergencies in a timely manner. 3. Good professional ethics, team leadership and teamwork spirit. 4. Must be proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Job Description 1. To develop and organize administrative management system on various rules and regulations, work processes and to supervise their implementation. 2. To establish and improve human resources management system, optimize and actively expand recruitment channels and talent acquisition activities; write and place job advertisements; screening, interviewing, conduct reference check and extend job offers. 3. Responsible to check and ensure the payroll computation are accurate and all statutory are comply with government requirements. 4. To organize the formulation and implementation of the annual employee training plan for skill enhancement and to revise and improvise as necessary. 5. Responsible for following up on the daily maintenance and management of customer and third-party external audit record upkeep, and ensuring the update and implementation of relevant departmental record. 6. To handle and manage labor related matters including compensation, disputes, arbitration and any other related matters in a professional and compliant manner. 7. Responsible for the company's corporate culture establishment and promotion, and to improve on corporate cohesion. 8. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's fixed assets and such as vehicles and equipments, purchase of office supplies, budgeting and control of administrative expenses. 9. Responsible for controlling the company's internal production safety and ensuring the optimal operation of water, electricity, network and other facilities. 10. Maintain external public relations and to undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the superior.
