Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan and ensure adherence to all deliverable submission deadlines. - Define and manage the types of reports to be submitted by each individual, ensuring deliverables’ deadlines are met. - Review and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances. - Review individual reports, compile, and generate consolidated financial results for management (Financial) by the 20th of each month. - Simulate group performance scenarios for forecasting and project performance reporting. - Monitor and reconcile banking facilities and corporate guarantee listings. - Track overall company status, turnover, revenue records, cash flow, and various financial statistics. - Prepare and review group taxation matters. - Prepare announcement papers, notes, presentation packs, and other related reports for quarterly reporting. - Coordinate with relevant parties for quarterly reporting. - Initiate the preparation of documents requiring top management authorization. - Collaborate with contracts/operations on project financials to maintain a healthy financial situation. - Liaise with various authorities (e.g., consultants, transfer pricing, tax agents, auditors) and ensure compliance with statutory submissions and financial reporting. - Monitor and assist with insurance renewals. - Conduct regular department meetings. - Implement policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as required by the quality system. -Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior. - T o comply with applicable legal and other requirements. Authority: - Verification of all payments for Finance Manager’s Certification - Approval of petty cash claims - To verify staff overtime claims - To approve all QMS management system documents. Requirements: - Degree in Accountancy/Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting / MIA qualification. - Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting and management in managerial position. - Has sound financial and management accounting knowledge. - Ability to provide sound financial advise to the management/director. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Mature, analytical, creative, solution oriented and able to work under p- ressure. - -Trustworthy in keeping company’s confidential matters and trade secrets. - Possess business and social acumen to interact well with staff, bankers and clients.
