  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SILA EMAIL RESUME : [email protected] & position COMPANY : BAHAGIA PROPERTIES SDN BHD 1.Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards 2.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and optimize project workflows 3.Monitor site safety and compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols 4.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and technical specifications 5.Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements 6.Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team 7.Supervise and coordinate daily site activities including subcontractor and worker coordination, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards. 8.Track and prepare daily reports on work progress and manpower efficiency. 9.Assist in resolving technical and site issues, escalate to superiors when necessary. 10.Estimate and monitor material usage, conduct site measurements and verify accuracy of claim quantities. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Able to communicate with consultants and relevant parties is required for this position. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
