Finance Manager

• Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, reports and forecasts to Top Manager. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and financial plans. • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance. • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and project ledger functions. • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations. • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvement. • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations especially on Service Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and Global Minimum Tax; ensure timely submission of all tax returns. • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed. • Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate the risks. • Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets. • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments. • Prepare Quarterly Financial Report for Group consolidation. • Manage the treasury function and liaise with bankers on required facilities or bank queries. • Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounts for other subsidiaries; ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
