Finance & Admin Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and administrative tasks. This role involves overseeing accounting and bookkeeping, fund management, invoicing, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
Experience:
2-5 years in accounting, finance, or administrative roles
Experience in healthcare, construction, or service-based industries is a plus
Key Skills & Competencies
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Proficient in managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts
Fund Management:
Ability to track cash flow, manage petty cash, and coordinate payments
Invoicing & Quotation Preparation:
Skilled in creating and managing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
Software Proficiency:
Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel

-Ensuring accuracy in financial documents to avoid errors
-Communication Skills:
-Effective liaison with vendors, clients, and internal teams
