Chief Operating Officer
Overview:

The COO role is a key leadership position responsible for directing, coordinating, and administering internal operational activities within the organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors, this role involves leading multiple functions, including operations, information systems, and new business coordination. The COO plays a pivotal role in strategy development, IT operations management, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee operations management, including finances, human resources, and technology infrastructure.
- Manage budgeting, financial strategies, and talent acquisition in coordination with relevant teams.
- Identify business opportunities, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure performance targets are met.
- Lead risk management, process improvements, and quality management initiatives.
Pre-Sales:
- Devise and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Supervise sales teams, provide guidance, and coordinate with other departments for streamlined processes.
- Cultivate client relationships, ensure compliance, and monitor sales performance.
Advertising Sales:
- Develop and execute advertising sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of the advertising sales department.
- Foster client relationships and oversee sales training programs for the team.
Supervisory Responsibility:
The COO manages all departmental employees, overseeing performance management and recruitment within the department and the company.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in directing internal operations and business units.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operations management, and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong financial acumen, talent management, and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in a managerial role.
Reporting Structure:
- Direct Superior: Managing Director
- Direct Subordinates: Technical Sales Manager, Head Pre-Sales, Assistant Technical Support Managers, Engineers, Developers, Supervisors, Admin, etc.
