Vision for the Role:
As our Clinic Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery that our patients not only hear but feel deeply. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients with a warm, inviting tone that makes them feel valued and cared for from the moment they step in.
- Scheduling Management: Efficiently manage appointments and schedules to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring information is at our fingertips when needed.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that every detail is tuned to create a symphony of efficiency and care.
- Assisting the Doctor: Actively support the doctor in day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring that patient care is efficient and effective.

Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM graduate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English communication.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Experience in clinic or customer service environment preferred but not essential.
