As an HR & Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and Administrative functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing support to the HR and Administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations across departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, organize meetings, handle correspondence, and provide general admin support.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, tracking leave and attendance, and supporting payroll preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources (preferred)
  • Experience in administrative, or HR roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
