  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support decision-making
  • Responsible for monitoring customer ageing and ensure collection is within the timeline
  • Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws
  • Preparation of documentation and liaison and with external Auditor for yearly audit and Tax Agent, Custom Department for SST matters, IRB for company tax, E-invoicing and other new regulation introduce by the relevant authority, etc.
  • Liaise with bankers for financing matters including new financing, review existing financing facility and etc
  • Other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by management from time-to-time

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar Accounts Manager or senior accounting role, Handle full set accounts and financial reporting from Logistic Industry will be an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written of English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office and Advance Excel knowledge for efficient account analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, deadline oriented, team player, problem solving skills and able to work independently
  • Continuously identify ways to improve processes to increase efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
