Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining property-related data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency in handling large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update property listings, receipts, billings, credit note, and other related data into the company's database.

Verify the accuracy of data and correct any errors.

Organize and maintain digital and physical records related to properties, clients, and transactions.

Ensure timely updates of property availability, pricing, and relevant details.

Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Generate and compile reports as needed.

Assist in administrative tasks such as document scanning, filing, and email correspondence.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

  • Must be able to commit to work physically in the office from 8am - 5pm
  • Office location within 6 minutes walking distance from MRT Bukit Bintang
