We are excited to invite a dedicated and detail-focused Account Assistant to join our thriving F&B Group. This role is perfect for someone looking to contribute to the financial operations of a growing company while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle Daily Communications: Respond to inquiries and manage communications from the management team, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Process Financial Transactions: Take charge of daily financial activities, including recording sales transactions.
  • Manage Merchant Payments: Ensure all payments from merchant gateways are accurate and properly recorded.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Organize and consolidate spreadsheets, sales ledgers, purchase ledgers, and journals to keep financial records up-to-date and error-free.
  • Monitor Credit Sales: Oversee credit sales processes to ensure timely customer payments and accurate reporting.
  • Process Invoices: Handle invoice processing and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Update Procedures: Keep procedural documents for financial processes current and well-organized.

What We’re Looking For

  • Eagerness to Learn: No prior experience is necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the role is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and reports.
  • Strong Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with the team and external parties.
  • Basic Spreadsheet Skills: Familiarity with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel is a plus.
