Job Purpose:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote and sell license offices. This role includes identifying prospective licensee driving awareness of the our brand, and utilizing marketing tactics to attract, engage, and convert potential buyers into License owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- License Sales Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract potential Licensees for the company.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, and events) to increase awareness of the license opportunity.
- Work closely with the COO/CEO to align marketing efforts with sales goals and business objectives.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential Licensees through market research, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage lead generation activities, including email campaigns, paid advertising, webinars, and targeted social media outreach.
- Nurture leads throughout the buyer's journey and ensure timely follow-up with qualified prospects.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, website content, email templates, presentations, case studies, etc.) to effectively communicate the benefits of owning a brand license.
- Maintain and update the website with relevant content, success stories, and testimonials.
- Develop content for online platforms (blogs, social media posts, videos) to highlight the company strengths, success stories, and growth potential.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research on the real estate and licensing markets to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor License offerings and marketing tactics to ensure the company remains competitive and attractive to potential Licensees.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to assess performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Brand Awareness and Reputation Management:
- Increase brand visibility in the licensing sector by leveraging digital marketing and traditional media outlets.
- Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage online reputation by engaging with potential Licensees and responding to inquiries or reviews in a timely manner.
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute License recruitment events, including webinars, License expos, and informational sessions.
- Organize and manage virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and events to educate potential Licensees on the benefits of the license opportunity.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads and network with prospective Licensees.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Work closely with the License Sales team to align marketing campaigns with License recruitment targets.
- Support sales efforts by providing the necessary marketing materials and tools to close deals.
- Provide regular updates to the License Sales team on marketing campaign performance and lead quality.
- Licensee Communication and Support:
- Develop targeted communication strategies for engaging with potential and existing Licensees.
- Assist in creating onboarding materials for new Licensees and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing License owners to leverage referrals and word-of-mouth marketing.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and License recruitment efforts.
- Analyze key metrics (lead conversion rates, website traffic, email engagement, etc.) to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports on marketing ROI and License sales pipeline to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in License sales or real estate.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of the licensing industry and the real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Reporting to:
- Chief Operations Officer
Work Environment:
- Work from home and Office-based with occasional travel to attend License expos, events, and meetings with potential Licensees.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
