Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue growth and business expansion opportunities by developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
- Attend to the needs of the customers – both business and operations – to build and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators set by the Office Manager.
- Support the Sales Manager in the preparation, presentation, and follow-up on Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotations (RFQ).
- Execute day-to-day sales activities, which include sales visitation, updating new business potentials / sharing up potentials in the system, feedback on customer performance, satisfaction, AR Outstanding statuses, and progress of business development activities.
- Communicate the customers’ requirements (operations, billing, communications, etc) to the Operations and Customer Service teams.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in selling Airfreight / Seafreight / Land Transport Trucking / or Logistics Warehouse)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Posses the ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
- Posses own transportation and a valid driving license
