Job Objectives:

1.Consult with immediate supervisor and stakeholders to identify, develop, manage and deliver group wide’s Learning and Development (L&D) strategic initiatives and curriculums in accordance with organizational requirements.

2.Constantly take initiative to improve training programs, training system and training process.

3.Coordinate training session plans and determine instructional methods training schedules with the training demands of the organization.

4.Conduct training sessions for TLMS deployment to the branch admin covering all companies.

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs, workshops, and on-the-job learning sessions for employees.

2.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure effective delivery of training initiatives.

3.Maintain and update training records, schedules, and attendance logs in an organized and systematic manner.

4. Generate and analyze training reports, including data on attendance, feedback, and training impact, to guide decision-making.

5. Assist in identifying employee development needs and provide input for future training plans and strategies.

6. Promote a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture by modeling and encouraging accountability, collaboration, and effective problem-solving.

7. Provide administrative support to the L&D team, ensuring training programs run smoothly and efficiently.

8. Manage and deliver training initiatives, including leadership programs, compliance training, and onboarding sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals & departmental KPIs.

9. Oversee the administration and improvement of training platforms like SAM University and SAM Talent Development Portal (TDP) to streamline processes and support user needs.

10. Maintain training records, policies, and evidence to meet audit and certification standards based on requirements.

11. Track training hours, manage budgets, and optimize HRDC levy utilization for cost-effective learning solutions.

12. Source, review, and create e-learning content.

13. Prepare training reports to support the management reviews.

14. Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1.Degree in Human Resources or related field.

2.Must possess own transport and willing to travel across SAM Malaysia.

3.Able to work both independently and in a team.

4.Strong and proven analytical skills. Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
