  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning Daily Arrangements:
  • Assist in planning and scheduling the daily delivery and collection operations based on customer requirements, ensuring efficient use of driver resources.
  • Monitoring Driver Movements:
  • Regularly track and monitor drivers’ movements to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
  • Updating System Details:
  • Maintain and update the system with the latest information regarding deliveries, collections, and related schedules to ensure the records are accurate and up to date.
  • Collection List and Remarks Update:
  • Ensure that the collection list is updated daily, including any important remarks or special instructions for the drivers.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between customer service teams and customers, providing updates on delivery and collection status, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks:
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Head as needed, ensuring the smooth running of the logistics operations.
