We're seeking for an Internship Admin with exceptional organizational and communication abilities. An Admin should be a creative and critical thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities. You must be dependable and able to follow directions precisely, as well as multitask and adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere.

Duties:
- All Admin-related enquiries or requests, both internal and external, will be supported.
- Maintain employee digital and electronic records.
- Identify candidates, do reference checks, and issue employment contracts to aid in the recruitment process.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Able to do multimedia office presentations and preparing graphic job advertisements.

Requirements:
- Internship Student
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, MS Powerpoints, Graphic Designing and related business and communication tools
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Have good knowledge regarding Computer and IT

Minimum internship requirement : 3 months contract
