Job description

- Record purchase request and quotation based on requisition order

- Issue PO and matching invoices with PO/DO.

- Monitor purchase delivery schedule and coordinate with all related departments to achieve planned target.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices and other administration related documents.

- Checking, matching, photocopy, scanning, key-in system and filing delivery order and invoice.

- Receptionist duty.

- Assists with other task assigned by the superior

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
