*Job Overview*:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Technician to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems within the condominium. This role is vital to maintaining the safety, comfort, and functionality of the building's infrastructure, providing efficient and effective service to both residents and management.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, lighting, generators, and elevators.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

- Ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and building codes.

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed and provide timely resolutions.

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.

- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure building systems are running optimally.

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical and electrical systems when required.

- Manage and monitor inventory levels for parts and materials, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.

- Provide technical support and guidance to condominium residents, addressing any concerns or queries regarding system functionality.

- Ensure all equipment and machinery are operating efficiently and safely, adhering to the manufacturer’s guidelines and operational standards.

- Support management with ad-hoc tasks or projects as directed, and perform duties where necessary to maintain the overall building operations.

*Qualifications*:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in M&E maintenance, preferably in a condominium or similar residential environment.

- Strong knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Availability for after-hours or emergency maintenance if required.

*Working Conditions*:

- Full-time position.

- Occasional weekend and evening work may be required for emergency maintenance or scheduled repairs.

- On-call duty may be part of the role, depending on the condominium’s maintenance requirements.
