  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at HL Lee & Co in Petaling Jaya. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, handling corporate governance issues, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

  • IPO, M&A and Capital Market skills
  • Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Legal Advisory skills
  • Experience in corporate governance and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Admission to the Malaysian Bar
  • Degree in Law or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Corporate: 3 years (Required)
