Responsibility:

  • Stock control: To maintain stock levels, check stock, and perform audits
  • Documentation: To manage and organize paperwork, including purchase orders, receipts, and returns notes
  • Issue resolution: To investigate and resolve stock issues, such as discrepancies between items ordered and received
  • Reporting: To collate and process operational data, and compile reports
  • Stock suggestions: To make recommendations for stock levels based on sales and lead times
  • System maintenance: To maintain system data and ensure compliance with audit processes
  • Communication: To communicate with customer, stores, and other teams to resolve issues
  • Others: Clerical task and any task assigning by supervisor.

Skill Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel
  • Hardworking and confident

Working Hour:
Monday - Friday : 9.00am - 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00am

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
