  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution & Team Leadership: Drive business expansion in Johor Bahru while leading and developing a team of sales consultants, project engineers, and an administrative executive.
  • Sales, Operations & Financial Oversight: Manage sales performance, daily operations, and financial activities to meet targets, enhance efficiency, and ensure branch profitability.
  • Compliance, Risk & Reporting: Maintain operational compliance, mitigate risks, and provide regular reports to headquarters on sales, financial performance, and market trends.
  • Market Analysis & Customer Engagement: Continuously assess local market trends, refine strategies, and build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Crisis Management & Business Continuity: Implement contingency plans, handle unexpected challenges, and ensure seamless business operations during crises.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with expertise in team coordination, coaching, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage crises.
  • Familiarity with the local market and regulatory landscape is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
