The program includes a rotation of placements across different functional areas with tailored training & development and mentoring from our senior consultants Designed to speed up the mastery of management techniques and real-world skills in a specific area of expertise, MICLOH will expand your potential and you will gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience as you work as part of a great team, and alongside with our experienced consultants. MICLOH Management Trainee Program is a full-time position that marks the start of your career at MICLOH. Following the completion of the program, you will begin to take up key positions at a speed that is determined by your performance.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or any other business-related studies.
  • Proven active involvement in extra Co-curricular activities
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to communicate with others
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Experienced HR Professionals with more than 1 year of industry experience, preferably with substantial exposure in education institutes, consulting-related businesses, training providers, or banking industries.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and active co-curricular involvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
