Healthcare Operations Manager
We are looking for a proven Senior Healthcare Professional for the position of Operations Manager. You will lead and develop our care services and provide professional expertise to your team of Managers. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Health Care sector including Ministry of Health compliance, line managing care managers and strong business acumen. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as is a dynamic, motivational, empathetic and driven personality. A proven track record around key areas including supporting vulnerable adults, social care legislation (including safeguarding, health & safety), person-centred care and recruitment are vital.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Driving visible service delivery by ensuring a high level of care is achieved , evident by internal and external inspection outcomes
- Periodically managing internal audits with regards to service standards and compliance ensuring that agreed KPIs and SLAs are delivered
- Setting targets and support the quality and financial performance of each Hospital, evident through growth in each Hospitals contribution and quality outcomes
- Supporting training and development plans for the Hospital Managers, evidenced by monthly one to ones, quarterly supervisions and annual appraisals
- Continually encouraging high morale and engagement and promoting a culture of outstanding performance, evident through appraisal outcomes
- Attracting, engaging, retaining and developing talent within each Hospital monitoring recruitment processes, turnover & attrition in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring that right to work standards are adhered to
- Developing and executing innovative approaches to maximize quality performance and regulatory outcomes
- Delivering end to end people management processes (where appropriate) in partnership with HR
- Maximizing profitability through revenue generation, expense control and ongoing market analysis
- Staying abreast of current and evolving MOH regulations and sharing these with Hospitals Managers to ensure safe and current practice
- Demonstrating an understanding of the overall care market and unique niche within the market, planning forward to sustain the viability of the Hospitals to local market needs
- As a minimum, conduct quarterly comprehensive audit & site visit with each Hospital. Conduct unannounced hours visits to Hospital once a month or more frequently if the risk is perceived or inferred.
- Supporting the Hospital CEOs to deliver the above in line with the Companies Vision, values and strategy, evidenced by accurate and timely reporting, clear communication whilst being selfdirected.
- Overall knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) business management (pricing, financial reporting, census measures, variance reports, labour reports, etc.)
- Understands and utilizes the business intelligence reports/tools to manage and enhance your business operation
- Attend and contribute to the corporate agenda, attending Quality Review Meetings and routine finance meetings and other meetings as required, sharing knowledge of the Hospitals and indicating targets set and progress made by your direction and support
- Ensuring Hospitals are safe by ensuring Health & Safety policies and best practice are embedded and adhered to.
- Undergo any reasonable task requested

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
