Job Description
· Collaborate with finance/account team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
· Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions/record.
· Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
· Support ad-hoc finance function and activities
· Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
· Assist in monthly, quarterly reports and other relevant reports.
· Process daily online bank transactions.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on audit, tax and secretarial matters.
· Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
