Job Scope:

  • Training & Development
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs (internal, external, and onboarding).
  • Liaise with training providers and manage HRDF training grant applications and claims.
  • Maintain training records, schedules, and reports.
  • Track employee training progress and manage training budgets.
  • HR Administration
  • Prepare HR-related letters (e.g., transfer, promotion, confirmation).
  • Manage employment verification, contract extensions, and resignations.
  • Oversee ID badge issuance, e-leave system, and staff confirmations.
  • Maintain contract worker records and external staff email registrations.
  • Employee Central (EC) System
  • Update employee data (new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.).
  • Conduct monthly audits of FTE data.
  • Manage recruitment processes in the EC system.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee health insurance, medical claims, and SOCSO claims.
  • Ensure timely payments for insurance and health metrics.
  • Assist employees with insurance claims and benefit-related inquiries.
  • Recruitment
  • Handle pre-employment checks, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
  • Arrange and participate in interviews as needed.
  • Communicate with recruiters and new hires on employment matters.
  • Update employee details in the company system.
  • HR & Operations Audit
  • Assist in ISO/TAPA audits and ensure HR documentation is in order.
  • General
  • Support employee engagement activities (e.g., annual dinner, staff events).
  • Maintain employee records and personal files.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent and have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience with exposure to general Human Resources.
  • A broad understanding of Human Resources concepts and analytical and logical thinking is required for this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Experience in training coordination and HRDF is a plus.
  • Work location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
