Key Responsibilities
BOQ Generation and Management
- Prepare and generate detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on customer requirements, project specifications, and product details.
- Collaborate with the engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of BOQs.
- Update and maintain BOQ templates to reflect current product offerings, pricing, and technical specifications.
Sales Support and Coordination
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Track and follow up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support
- Organize and manage sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing timely and efficient coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Construction, Fit-Out, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in generating and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications and sequence of site work is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical drawings or product specifications.
- Experience in handling tender documents and proposals.
- Multilingual skills (if applicable to your region or customer base).
