Key Responsibilities

BOQ Generation and Management

  • Prepare and generate detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on customer requirements, project specifications, and product details.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of BOQs.
  • Update and maintain BOQ templates to reflect current product offerings, pricing, and technical specifications.

Sales Support and Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Track and follow up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support

  • Organize and manage sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with other administrative tasks as required.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing timely and efficient coordination.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Construction, Fit-Out, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in generating and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications and sequence of site work is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical drawings or product specifications.
  • Experience in handling tender documents and proposals.
  • Multilingual skills (if applicable to your region or customer base).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
