  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As part of the team, you will play an important role in:

  • Providing nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers
  • Attending to customers’ inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products
  • Engaging customers in a friendly conversation and suggestive up selling
  • Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Assisting in company activities i.e. roadshows, exhibitions, expo & etc.
  • Assisting on goods receiving, replenishment and stock take
  • Upkeeping cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Recognized Degree in Nutrition or Food Science & Nutrition
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in retail or health food Company
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken English
  • Outspoken, strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset
  • A passion for promoting health and wellbeing
  • Able to work on retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays)
