Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager (GM) of Sales & Marketing to lead sales and marketing initiatives, drive property sales, enhance brand visibility, and maximize profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in property sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to refine sales approaches.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning efforts.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance targets and key KPIs are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website optimization, and online sales platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence to refine strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local property sales regulations and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
  • 15+ years of experience in property sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic marketing abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and property sales platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM24,000.00 per month
