Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales initiatives to secure new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value deals to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Utilize data insights and sales analytics to refine strategies, optimize resource allocation, and drive informed decision-making.

Client Solutions & Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant, understanding client challenges and providing tailored IT infrastructure solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of sustainable IT.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Collaborative Selling:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales automation to track client interactions and deliver seamless service.
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional meetings, providing feedback for product enhancements and strategic planning.

Continuous Learning & Industry Awareness:

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, particularly in Green IT and sustainable technology.
  • Share insights with internal teams and adapt sales strategies based on market shifts.
  • Adopt a growth mindset, continuously refining sales techniques through feedback and ongoing learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Sales Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud services, data centers, and sustainable technology.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics, leveraging data-driven selling techniques.

Client-Centric Communication:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, aligning solutions with client needs.
