Job tasks:

  • Maintenance and development of reporting solutions for internal teams and external stakeholders using PowerBI utilizing Salesforce dashboards, Microsoft PowerBI Sales reporting and dashboards, planning tool for annual & intermediate business planning
  • Interface between Sales Management (Regional and Global), IT, Finance and SupplyChain teams for business reporting requirements
  • Prepare Business analysis related to Opportunity Pipeline management and Business Development related KPIs
  • Contribute to corporate business planning process and related analysis
  • Ownership of pricelist and price mechanisms as input to the Quotation process, collaboration with Product Marketing and Finance to receive and implement price guidelines
  • Provide transparency of price evolution and quotation discount history, work with Finance and SupplyChain teams on price and margin analysis
  • Manage and provide input to our Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction Programs, including generation and evaluation of customer surveys

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration with specialization in International Business, Business Informatics, Sales Controlling or related subjects
  • Knowledge and work experience in the semiconductor industry preferred
  • Knowledge and work experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Controlling or similar position preferred
  • Professional experience with sales processes in a B2B environment
  • Computer skills: Proficient in standard software (MS Office), experience in Business Intelligence software (e.g. PowerBI), CRM and ERP software; system savvy and ability to get familiar with unknown systems easily
  • Experience in supporting the planning, operating and coordinating international projects
  • Strong analytical skills and customer focus
  • Proficient in English language both in writing and spoken
