Job tasks:
- Maintenance and development of reporting solutions for internal teams and external stakeholders using PowerBI utilizing Salesforce dashboards, Microsoft PowerBI Sales reporting and dashboards, planning tool for annual & intermediate business planning
- Interface between Sales Management (Regional and Global), IT, Finance and SupplyChain teams for business reporting requirements
- Prepare Business analysis related to Opportunity Pipeline management and Business Development related KPIs
- Contribute to corporate business planning process and related analysis
- Ownership of pricelist and price mechanisms as input to the Quotation process, collaboration with Product Marketing and Finance to receive and implement price guidelines
- Provide transparency of price evolution and quotation discount history, work with Finance and SupplyChain teams on price and margin analysis
- Manage and provide input to our Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction Programs, including generation and evaluation of customer surveys
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration with specialization in International Business, Business Informatics, Sales Controlling or related subjects
- Knowledge and work experience in the semiconductor industry preferred
- Knowledge and work experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Controlling or similar position preferred
- Professional experience with sales processes in a B2B environment
- Computer skills: Proficient in standard software (MS Office), experience in Business Intelligence software (e.g. PowerBI), CRM and ERP software; system savvy and ability to get familiar with unknown systems easily
- Experience in supporting the planning, operating and coordinating international projects
- Strong analytical skills and customer focus
- Proficient in English language both in writing and spoken
