Role - Technical Support (Cantonese)
Location - KL Sentral
Work Timings - Rotational Shifts 24/7
Required - Degree OR Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service
- Assist customers on Web Help and Technical Frontline issues.
- Can work on a 24/7 rotational shift
- Able to read traditional Mandarin words
- Able to mainly handle live chat & email and outbound calls.
