  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst acts as the data quality assurance governing master data records in the ERP System; whilst ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Job holder is responsible to ensure service timelines quality are met in the delivery of MDM services, and will be the key team member to ensure data quality and accuracy and assisting the Team Lead and Manager in all operational matters.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and update master data records:

o Create and maintain master data including but not limited to Customer master, Fixed Asset Master, Vendor Master

o Works in conjunction with the business to ensure accurate master data set-ups and maintenance in the system

o Master data deactivation / obsoleting as and when required.

o Blocking and unblocking vendors and customers depending on the request made by the business

o Managing the workflow approval/limit for staff claims

o Maintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations and other Risk Management requirements.

  • Perform callback to vendor to verify information and banking details
  • Work with the team members to share best practices
  • Managing the mailbox/ticketing tool to ensure all request are responded on timely basis
  • Assist in ad-hoc reporting required by the Line Manager or others

Identify, recommend and develop solutions in consultation with Team Lead for continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification (ACCA/CPA etc). Candidates who are pursuing Professional Qualification are encouraged to apply.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an in a comparable role with significant exposure to data management and master data governance
  • Previous experience with SAP preferred
