Job Scopes:

• Oversee the planning and execution of events, including the creation of event materials such as signage, promotional items, and giveaways. Manage all aspects of events from setup to breakdown.
• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustmentsto achieve goals and objectives.
• Develop strategic influencer marketing initiatives and work closely with influencer management companiesto execute campaigns successfully.
• Plan and oversee the visual merchandising of authorized dealer outlets nationwide, ensuring displays areupdated and aligned with seasonal or festive themes.
• Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to create Instax-related artworks and marketing collateral inline with the marketing team’s requirements.
• Support the sales team by providing insights on market trends, forecasts, and new product information, aswell as preparing promotional materials.
• Track and manage marketing expenses to ensure budgets are adhered to, and maintain an updated inventoryof promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to negotiate pricing with suppliers and third-party providers, obtainquotations for marketing materials, and oversee the delivery of outsourced elements.
• Follow up on after-sales services, including warranty claims and customer support.
• Keep track of demo units loaned to third parties and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and run reports to support the superior in creating monthly sales and marketing performance reviews.
• Manage project deadlines to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
• Draft business letters, memorandums, standard operating forms, reports, and other correspondence accuratelyand in a timely manner.
• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the superior.

• Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma holder in marketing or a related field.
• Preferred candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of proven working experience in a fast-paced operationalrole and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Have a baseline knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Fast-learner with a growth mindset and ability to multitask is critical, an exceptional team player, fast executionwhile being detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
