Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Create, manage, and curate engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee and coordinate offline marketing efforts, including events, sponsorships, and traditional advertising.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in content creation, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and copywriting.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and measuring marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
