Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & Logistics Management
- Oversee the daily operations of vending machines, ensuring optimal functionality and product availability.
- Develop and implement a strategic route plan to ensure timely restocking and maintenance.
- Monitor vending machine locations and identify high-traffic areas for expansion.
2. Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage stock levels, ensuring sufficient inventory for vending machines while minimizing wastage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to source products at competitive prices.
- Analyze sales data to determine best-selling products and adjust inventory accordingly.
3. Maintenance & Technical Support
- Ensure vending machines are regularly serviced, cleaned, and well-maintained to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting and repairs when machines experience malfunctions.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance machine lifespan.
4. Sales & Revenue Optimization
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue per machine.
- Identify trends in consumer behavior and introduce new product offerings based on demand.
- Analyze pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
5. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues related to vending machine transactions.
- Establish partnerships with businesses, malls, hospitals, and other strategic locations for new machine placements.
- Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring machines are user-friendly and well-stocked.
6. Reporting & Financial Oversight
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, machine uptime, and profitability.
- Prepare reports on vending machine performance, operational costs, and revenue trends for management review.
- Manage budgets related to inventory, maintenance, and logistics.
7. Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise and coordinate vending machine staff, including technicians and replenishment teams.
- Provide training on inventory management, cash collection, and machine troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in vending machine operations, retail management, or logistics.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of vending machine technology, POS systems, and cashless payment solutions.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and route optimization tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales and operational efficiency.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and client management.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to vending machine locations.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance issues when needed.
