  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: As an Account Administrator, you will manage and maintain client accounts. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Administration:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Administrator, or similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
