Key Responsibilities:-
- Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc.
- Perform account receivable & payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in accrual matters, keep track on expenditure made but yet to receive the invoices.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring the deposits paid are completely refunded after the contract ended.
- Participate in the monthly closing process, preparation of accounting analysis and report.
- Assist in generating other financial reports as and when required by management.
- To liaise and communicate with outlet staffs and other departments to resolve any issue/discrepancies.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Job Requirements: -
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Professional Certificate or other relevant accounting qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Application especially MS Excel, Knowledge in SQL Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command in in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantages.
