Key Responsibilities:-

  • Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc.
  • Perform account receivable & payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist in accrual matters, keep track on expenditure made but yet to receive the invoices.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring the deposits paid are completely refunded after the contract ended.
  • Participate in the monthly closing process, preparation of accounting analysis and report.
  • Assist in generating other financial reports as and when required by management.
  • To liaise and communicate with outlet staffs and other departments to resolve any issue/discrepancies.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

Job Requirements: -

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Professional Certificate or other relevant accounting qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application especially MS Excel, Knowledge in SQL Accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good command in in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantages.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
