e are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to oversee inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock handling, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety standards while optimizing warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and audits.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of goods to minimize discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.

2. Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Supervise loading, unloading, and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization for smooth operations.

3. Logistics & Coordination

  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Track and update shipment statuses to prevent delays in order fulfillment.

Key Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields (Preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in warehouse/logistics operations.
Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory software (WMS, ERP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
