Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations to ensure smooth office management.
  • Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and maintain financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
  • Manage company documents such as contracts, agreements, and reports, including financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as the accounting team, company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and service providers to ensure compliance with financial and corporate regulations.
  • Administer company licenses and renewals, including practicing licenses, business premises licenses, and insurance policies, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation.
  • Handle tender submissions, ensuring financial and administrative documents meet requirements and are submitted on time.
  • Monitor petty cash, process expense claims, and assist with basic bookkeeping to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support Directors and senior management by preparing reports, financial summaries, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update company records, staff profiles, client databases, and vendor registrations for operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree or qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Property Management, or related fields.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
