ABOUT THIS ROLE
Join Ria as a CRM Marketing Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement strategies across digital and retail channels. In this role, you’ll develop, test, and deploy personalized, multichannel CRM campaigns—spanning email, push notifications, SMS, and more—to enhance the customer lifecycle and retention efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage campaigns across diverse regions, and utilize analytics to optimize performance and drive measurable growth. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Development: Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns across multiple countries, considering language preferences, and encompassing digital, retail, and omnichannel executions
- Multichannel Execution: Implement CRM campaigns with personalization and dynamic content across email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and web push channels.
- Customer Engagement Strategies: Contribute to strategic discussions on engaging customers throughout their lifecycle stages, developing and building nurture workflows for users in your region.
- Campaign Management: Execute campaigns according to our Marketing Content Calendar and expansion playbooks for new countries in your region.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA and deployment process for your CRM initiatives, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams, including design and content, to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution.
- Regional Coordination: Liaise with Country Managers and Revenue teams across your region to deploy corridor-specific messaging designed to convert and retain users across digital and retail customer journeys.
- Testing and Optimization: Build strong relationships with other regional CRM marketing teams to collaborate on testing strategies for your customer cohort, including channel selection, content, timing, and offers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 1-3 years in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
- Technical Skills: Experience with at least one major Email Service Provider (we use Iterable).
- Campaign Management: Knowledge of campaign management and experience deploying lifecycle tactics.
- Quality Assurance: Familiarity with QA processes (we use Email on Acid), with bonus points for experience working with multiple translated email versions.
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze marketing metrics to determine campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple deliverables and competing timelines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Curiosity: A desire to learn more about lifecycle marketing and the money transfer industry.
