Role Description
Summary/Objective : The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment and the hiring expectations for outsourced Aisling Client projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather the job requirements and expectations of the role from the Client.
- Coordinate advertisements as well as applied sourcing channels to locate the database for the role required.
- Shortlist and conduct the necessary interviews to identify suitable applicants for roles related to the Client project.
- Coordinate interview schedule between the applicants and the Client.
- Upon shortlisting of applicants, to provide the necessary information to the HR Specialist for issuance of contract offer letter.
- Follow-up with the applicant on the contract offer letter signing and response.
- Keep in touch with the candidate to ensure that the candidate commence work.
- Conduct status calls with the Client on the first day work to ensure candidate has commenced work.
- Liaise with candidates upon commencement at work for the first week with regards to feedback or concerns of their work assignments.
- Ensure full compliance of SOP in managing the Clients project.
- Update relevant Aisling reports as to ensure execution of service excellence.
Competencies :
- Strong conversational, listening & comprehension skills.
- Personable and People Oriented.
- Basic proficiency in Excel is highly preferred.
- Goal Oriented.
Required Education and Experience :
- Minimum SPM and above.
- Minimum 1 year of professional-level experience in telesales/telemarketing or working in a target-oriented environment.
