Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a full set of account reports, including financial and management reports, as well as accounts receivable.
- Perform day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Maintain and organize accounting records, documentation, and filing.
- Prepare monthly management reports, statutory financial reports, and other ad hoc reports.
- Independently manage cash flow and liaise with bankers on financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and integrity of all financial data.
- Prepare annual tax submissions, estimations, and other tax-related matters.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Process vendor payments and manage online banking transactions.
- Perform account and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Carry out any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in financial software such as Microsoft Excel and Autocount is added advantage
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
