Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full set of account reports, including financial and management reports, as well as accounts receivable.
  • Perform day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
  • Maintain and organize accounting records, documentation, and filing.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, statutory financial reports, and other ad hoc reports.
  • Independently manage cash flow and liaise with bankers on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and integrity of all financial data.
  • Prepare annual tax submissions, estimations, and other tax-related matters.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Process vendor payments and manage online banking transactions.
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Microsoft Excel and Autocount is added advantage
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
