Office Assistant / Despatch
a) Provide support in the general administration and despatching work for the Company
b) Collect mails from various departments
c) Carry out “franking” and arrange for registered letters for posting.
d) Despatch/collect company documents to/from relevant authorities, legal firms or any other parties as instructed by your HOD.
e) Pay various bills for the company which include monthly utilities, telephone etc.
f) Carry out banking duties which include collecting banker’s cheque for housing loans, various statutory remittances, etc.
g) Submit road tax renewals for company cars to Road Transport department
h) Assist in general filing and updating of documents for the HR department
i) Perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
