Key Responsibilities:
· Staff Management and Leadership:
o Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen personnel.
o Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure adequate coverage.
o Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
o Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure communication and high levels of service.
· Customer Service:
o Oversee the dining experience, ensuring customers have a positive experience from arrival to departure.
o Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
o Ensure that all guests receive high-quality dining experiences.
o Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
· Operations Management:
o Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
o Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
o Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage items.
· Financial Management:
o Monitor and control the restaurant’s budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.
o Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce waste.
o Handle cash handling, billing, and POS system transactions as necessary.
· Marketing and Promotion:
o Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, events, and special offers to attract customers.
o Build relationships with local businesses and customers to promote the restaurant’s brand and increase sales.
· Compliance and Quality Control:
o Ensure adherence to all restaurant policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
o Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
