R & D Executive
· Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Nutrition.
· Preferably candidate with R & D experience in chocolate industry.
· Work closely with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and Marketing teams to communicate technical information, oversee plant trials, and support market launches.
· To improve existing products, packaging and production processes.
· Initiate and actively involved in new product sensory and keeping quality evaluation for improvement plan.
· To source new ingredients for product development, ensuring alignment with quality, regulatory, and cost standards.
· Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation required for audits, including ingredient sourcing records, trial logs, and product specifications.
· To ensure the Quality Management system and food safety system are effectively implemented and maintained

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
